   Ke Zhang received his Ph.D degree in traffic information engineering and control from Wuhan University of Technology.He has presided over or participated in 5 projects, including The National Key Research and Development Program Project, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Provincial Key Laboratory Research Fund Project. He has published more than 20 academic papers in important academic journals at home and abroad, and authorized over 10 invention patents. His expertise centers on enhancing ship safety and promoting sustainable transportation through the innovative use of key technologies in the field of ship intelligence.
